HM&M, a Springline company, is seeking a Senior Auditor to join our Audit team. You’ll lead fieldwork, guide junior staff, and work with clients across industries to deliver quality audit solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA in good standing or actively pursuing CPA preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Senior in public accounting or relevant.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using relevant audit software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead audit fieldwork for assigned areas and act as in-charge on portions of the engagement.
• Identify and communicate risk areas and perform related testing and review as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Assign tasks to audit associates, supervise progress, and support completion of assigned work.
• Communicate observations and develop recommendations that support client success within assigned areas.
• Support engagement progress by completing audit tasks efficiently and escalating issues to minimize partner intervention.
• Stay current on industry trends and standards.
