Job summary

Bunge is seeking candidates for its Global Internal Audit Development Program in Chesterfield, Missouri. You will rotate through audit engagements, lead data analytics initiatives, and collaborate with regional teams to strengthen controls and risk coverage.

You will build dashboards, automate reports, and apply AI-enabled techniques to enhance audit procedures across ERP systems and cloud data platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
3+ years in data analytics, internal audit, risk advisory, or related analytical function.
Experience supporting audit, risk, compliance, SOX, or business process reviews via data extraction and visualization.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
Experience with enterprise data platforms and cloud analytics services (GCP, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataproc).
Data modeling, data transformation, data quality assessment, and analytical testing in audit/risk contexts.
Developing dashboards, automated workflows, and repeatable analytics for audit planning and reporting.
Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs for audit productivity and analytics.
Ability to translate audit objectives into analytical approaches and communicate results clearly.
Professional certifications (CIA, CISA, Data Analyst, Google Cloud, Power BI) are a plus.
Bachelor’s in IT/CS or MIS; MBA is a plus.
Excellent English skills; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with regional audit teams to identify opportunities to leverage data analytics across audit engagements.
Obtain, validate, transform, and analyze data from multiple systems to support audit, risk, compliance, and operational reviews.
Perform data mining and analytical procedures to identify trends, anomalies, and risks.
Design, develop, and execute analytics, dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports to support audit objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, risks, controls, and data needs and translate into analytical solutions.
Develop reusable analytics, continuous auditing routines, and automated testing scripts.
Develop expertise in the organization’s data environment, ERP systems, and analytical tools for audit engagements.
Document methodologies, data sources, assumptions, and results per standards.
Support continuous improvement of analytics methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Provide training and analytical support to increase adoption of data analytics in Internal Audit.
Stay current with analytics, AI capabilities, and industry trends for innovation in audit coverage.
Support departmental initiatives and special projects as required.
