Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of auditing experience.
• Experience in accounting, risk management, or compliance (≥3 years).
• 2+ years leading audits (auditor-in-charge) preferred.
• 2+ years banking/financial services experience.
• 1+ years data analysis with audit tools.
• 1+ years in compliance audits.
• Experience in credit card, payments, operations, auto finance, or related areas.
• Professional certifications (CIA/CPA/CRCM/CISA/CBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead small audits or major components of larger audits.
• Develop engagement planning documentation and audit programs.
• Design and execute audit procedures to test internal controls.
• Document processes, review evidence, and identify issues.
• Leverage data analytics to provide assurance and insights.
• Prepare clear documentation and draft findings.
• Coach audit staff and provide on-the-job training.
