Responsibilities

• Audit financial statements, quarterly financial information, and clients' annual reports.
• Participate in pre-audit planning to assess risk and design procedures.
• Identify accounting and audit issues and perform research to resolve them.
• Test internal controls, policies, and procedures and recommend improvements.
• Perform audits under GAAS, GAAP, PCAOB, AICPA standards, and SOX.
• Proactively build relationships and communicate with clients and staff.
• Teach, train, and develop incoming staff/interns.
