A growing regional bank in Little Rock is seeking a Senior Auditor for their Financial Crime Compliance audit team. In this hybrid position, you will assist in planning and executing BSA and AML audits across the bank. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree and have a minimum of 3 years in internal audit or risk advisory experience. Certifications like CRCM, CAMS or CIA are preferred. This position will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of BSA and AML audits across the bank and will sit in a hybrid capacity in Little Rock.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and executing compliance audit engagements across the bank
• Assisting with the development and implementation of an audit program
• Work directly with stakeholders, providing regular updates to them and audit leadership
• Review quality of outsourced or co-sourced audits including assessing workpapers.
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 3 years of internal audit or risk advisory experience
• Certifications like CRCM, CAMS or CIA preferred
