The Position

Our client is seeking a Hybrid Remote Bank Compliance Officer in the greater AR market. The role involves performing quality control reviews, analyzing and reporting on all bank regulations across business lines to identify compliance weaknesses. The officer will ensure that the bank’s products and operations adhere to all applicable regulations.

This position offers a salary up to $95K and an excellent benefits package. (Must reside in Arkansas for hybrid remote work).

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
• Preferred certifications: CRCM and/or CAMS.
• Ensuring regulatory requirements are met for existing and new bank products and services.
• Developing disclosures and procedures to meet regulatory standards.
• Creating and delivering regulatory training modules for bank personnel.
• Serving as the point of contact for compliance-related customer inquiries.
• Coordinating internal audits and regulatory exams, acting as liaison with examiners.
• Preparing the bank for regulatory exams.
• Providing compliance guidance on lending, deposits, marketing, and other activities.
• Chairing the compliance committee and maintaining meeting records.
• Staying updated on bank regulatory matters.
• Performing additional duties as needed.
