Job Details

We are in search of a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Senior Auditor to join our Accounting and Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our auditing and accounting operations, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who is looking to take their career to the next level within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct the planning and execution of complex audit engagements across the organization to ensure compliance with GAAP, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
  • Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management, highlighting areas of risk and proposing potential solutions for improving controls and operational efficiencies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and financial reporting procedures, identifying areas of non‑compliance or improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement audit recommendations and corrective actions.
  • Facilitate the development of audit scope and audit procedures to be applied.
  • Lead, coach, and develop junior audit staff, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and guidelines, ensuring the organization is in compliance with all current standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior auditing role within the Accounting and Finance industry.
  • Profound knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), audit frameworks, and financial reporting systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and other business‑related software.
  • A high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.
