Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of audit training for CCV across teams. The role focuses on AI-assisted review tools, human-in-the-loop workflows, and validating AI-generated findings to ensure accuracy and readiness.

The candidate will drive program ownership, measure training effectiveness, and collaborate with Quality Audit Operations, analytics, and technology teams to close skill gaps and elevate audit performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; training/quality/healthcare focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and matures the audit training curriculum, onboarding, certification, and advanced training paths.
• Designs, delivers, and evaluates training on audit guidelines, sampling, and quality standards.
• Develops and maintains training on AI-supported audit workflows and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to translate findings into targeted training interventions.
• Builds remediation plans with milestones and measurable success criteria.
