Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Senior Auditor, Team Lead, to supervise a Clinical Validation auditing team. You will manage workflow, ensure quality outcomes, and drive performance improvements while training new hires. The role focuses on accurate claims auditing and client satisfaction.

The position requires nursing education, RN licensure, and experience in healthcare auditing. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with QA and HR are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required or equivalent.
• RN License active/unrestricted in state of residence.
• Case Management Certification preferred.
• Coding or Clinical Documentation Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Clinical Validation Auditors to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Distribute work, monitor production and accuracy, and optimize performance.
• Plan audits and mentor staff; provide training for new hires and existing team.
• Write audit reports and assist in claims writing and audit closure activities.
• Coordinate with Manager and HR on talent development and performance management.
• Identify and implement system or process improvements to improve efficiency and quality.
