Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Manager, Audit Services to drive risk-based assurance and advisory engagements across the organization. You will lead complex audits, oversee SOX controls, and partner with leaders to drive value and strengthen internal controls.

You will manage a team, mentor staff, and ensure quality and timely delivery while upholding the company’s standards and ethics in a dynamic FinTech environment. A remote work option is available and you will report to Audit leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of audit experience (internal or external) or equivalent Big 4 experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business.
• Professional accounting/auditing designation (CIA, CPA).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with audit and analytics tools (AuditBoard, ACL, PowerBI, Access, SQL).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex audit engagements and supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the risk-based audit plan.
• Supervise and develop audit team members with performance management.
• Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of engagements.
• Coordinate SOX audit program and control testing.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure coverage of processes.
• Communicate status and risks to management and leadership.
• Prepare and present audit reports and remediation progress.
