Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Manager, Audit Services to lead risk-based assurance and advisory engagements, including SOX controls. You will mentor audit staff, partner with business leaders, and ensure high-quality execution of the audit program while upholding integrity and professional standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration across governance, risk management, and internal controls, with opportunities to contribute to AI and data-analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of audit experience (public companies preferred) or equivalent Big 4 public accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
• Professional accounting or auditing designation (CIA, CPA).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with audit and analytics tools (AuditBoard, ACL, PowerBI, Access, SQL).
• Demonstrated leadership of complex audit engagements and supervision of others.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the risk-based audit plan in alignment with the annual audit plan.
• Supervise and develop audit team members, including performance management and coaching.
• Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of assurance and advisory engagements.
• Perform risk assessments, including fraud considerations, to identify key risks and controls.
• Coordinate the SOX audit program and tests of design and operating effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective coverage of business processes.
