Progressive Leasing is seeking a Manager, Audit Services to lead risk-based assurance engagements across financial, operational, and compliance areas. You will guide audit resources, assess controls, and deliver actionable findings to executive leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in audit, a accounting/finance degree, and professional designations. Remote-friendly with strong governance and collaboration emphasis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of audit experience (internal or external) or equivalent Big 4 public accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business; professional designation (CIA, CPA) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute the audit program and deliver high-quality risk-based assurance engagements.
• Lead and develop audit staff, including performance management and coaching.
• Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of assurance engagements and SOX programs.
• Assess risks, controls, and remediation opportunities; communicate results to management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and align with COSO and other frameworks.
