The role supports a hybrid work arrangement with 2+ days on-site, travel up to 15%, and opportunities to coach and develop audit professionals while advancing the control environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive internal audit experience in banking/wealth management preferred.
• CFA, CFIRS, or securities licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit planning and execution across the Private Wealth Audit portfolio.
• Engagement oversight of multiple audits with risk-based scope and timelines.
• Translate wealth management initiatives into risk-based audit approaches.
• Prepare and communicate audit findings to stakeholders clearly and confidently.
• Build trusted relationships with management and provide practical risk governance advice.
• Lead, coach, and develop audit professionals to strengthen team performance.
