Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assume primary responsibility for client engagements, including planning, staffing, timing, technical issues.
• Oversee completion of engagements with minimal oversight and identify problem areas.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews.
• Mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants and Staff, guiding development and maintaining team atmosphere.
• Assist Principals with pursuing new clients and opportunities.
• Promote the Firm’s image through panels, publications, training, and events.
• Develop client relationships and increase office profitability.
• Manage time efficiently and contribute value to projects.
