Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Eight+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA certification required.
• Preferred: experience serving clients in construction and/or retail industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across audit and advisory engagements.
• Lead audit approach development and apply firm standards.
• Manage engagement workflow and team resources.
• Provide leadership, coaching and career guidance to the engagement team.
• Represent the firm at events and pursue new opportunities.
• Identify opportunities and strategies for entering new markets and clients.
