Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to join our established CPA firm in a hybrid role that combines remote work with in-person collaboration in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

You will oversee diverse audit engagements, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong client relationships while mentoring junior team members. A CPA or Master’s degree is preferred, with 5+ years of audit experience and proven leadership ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA/Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of auditing experience delivering audit engagements.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong client relationship management and advisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple audits.
• Proficient in audit and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit engagements, ensuring timely completion and high-quality reports.
• Review financial statements and documentation for inaccuracies and improvements.
• Implement testing procedures to validate data and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand operations and goals, providing strategic recommendations.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service.
• Drive operational efficiency and audit process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and keep the team informed of changes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior audit staff.
