You will interact with auditees, manage multiple tasks, and deliver timely, quality outcomes in a collaborative, agile setting across hybrid offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 7 years of auditing, accounting, or financial analysis experience, or a combination.
• At least 2 years of leading audits and acting as auditor-in-charge.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, or MBA.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA.
• 10+ years of internal audit experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Banking or financial services.
• 2+ years of data analysis in support of internal auditing.

Responsibilities

• Leads audits covering Payment Network operations (e.g., Participant On-Boarding, Participant Monitoring, and Settlement, Pricing).
• Develops engagement planning documentation and audit programs to ensure adequate risk coverage.
• Designs and executes internal control testing with awareness of broader risks and efficiencies.
• Supervises and coordinates audit team work, providing feedback and coaching.
