Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 7 years of auditing and accounting and financial analysis experience, or a combination.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading audits and auditor-in-charge.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads audits covering Payment Network operations (e.g., Participant On-Boarding, Participant Monitoring, and Settlement, Pricing).
• Develops engagement planning documentation to communicate rationale for scoping decisions and develops audit programs to ensure adequate coverage of risk.
• Designs and executes internal control testing for audits, demonstrating audit expertise and efficiency improvements.
• Supervises and coordinates work assignments amongst audit team members with timely feedback and coaching.
• Maintains auditee relations and communicates audit scope, issues, risks, and recommendations to clients.
• Assesses relevancy of audit findings, materiality, and big-picture risks in relation to business priorities.
• Manages timely delivery of multiple tasks and demonstrates ability to meet deadlines.
