Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of public accounting external audit experience with Private Equity, Asset Management and Fintech clients.
• CPA certification aligned to the assigned home office state or reciprocal eligibility.
• 3+ years’ experience in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of auditors with guidance to ensure high‑quality work.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage relationships and communications.
• Plan audit strategies tailored to client industry and risks; ensure compliance.
• Manage audit process including budgeting, scheduling, billing and resources.
• Understand engagement economics; ensure WIP, invoicing and time entry compliance.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management or audit committees.
• Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations and best practices.
• Participate in growth initiatives; promote new ideas and services for clients.
• Contribute to proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Network with industry professionals and participate in professional organizations.
• Contribute to firm policies and procedures; uphold integrity and independence.
