Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced audit leader to oversee a team of auditors, ensuring quality work in line with professional standards. You will manage client relationships, plan audit strategies, and oversee budgeting, scheduling, and invoicing across engagements.

The role requires strong leadership, deep auditing knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple client engagements with travel as needed. A CPA is required or must be obtained for the home state.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required or ability to obtain reciprocal in home state.
• 5+ years of public accounting external audit experience.
• 3+ years in supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple client engagements and audit teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of auditors, ensuring high-quality work.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and proactive communication.
• Plan and design audit strategies tailored to clients' industry and risks.
• Manage the audit process, including budgeting, scheduling, billing, and resource allocation.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management or audit committees.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and industry regulations.
