You will serve as trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high-quality service and guiding process improvements for privately held organizations.

Responsibilities include planning engagements, applying GAAP/GAAS, coordinating cross-functional teams, building client relationships, mentoring staff, and participating in business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities

• Managing and planning audit and review engagements
• Applying technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to research and resolve accounting issues
• Coordinating services across client family groups to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supervising, training, and mentoring associates
• Participating in networking and business development activities
• Earning financial incentives for referrals and business growth
