Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is assisting a growing CPA firm in the Phoenix metro area to hire an Audit Manager. You will lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements across various industries, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and guiding business and process improvements for privately held companies.

Responsibilities include planning engagements, researching accounting issues, coordinating services across client groups, and mentoring associates.

Qualifications

Requires strong experience leading audit and review engagements for privately held and not-for-profit organizations.
CPA license is required and professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client service are essential.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and mentor staff.
Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities

Manage and plan audit and review engagements across multiple clients.
Apply GAAP and GAAS to research and resolve accounting issues.
Coordinate services across client groups to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Supervise, train, and mentor associates.
Participate in networking and business development activities.
Earn financial incentives for referrals and business growth.
