You will lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements across various industries, serving as a trusted adviser to clients and helping guide business and process improvements for privately held companies.

The role requires CPA licensure, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to manage several priorities with local travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations
• Active CPA license
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Professionalism, integrity, and dedication to outstanding client service
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software a plus
• Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area

Responsibilities

• Managing and planning audit and review engagements
• Applying technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to research and resolve accounting issues
• Coordinating services across client family groups to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supervising, training, and mentoring associates
• Participating in networking and business development activities
• Earning financial incentives for referrals and business growth
