Distinct | North America is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to join a regional CPA firm hybrid in Massachusetts. You will be heavily invested from day one, with access to infrastructure and support from a larger firm while maintaining a collaborative culture.

You will lead audit engagements across mid-sized to large clients, coach staff, and partner with leadership on client planning and delivery. Equity options, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path to advancement are included.

The firm is hybrid, with around 2 to 3 days a week in the Braintree or Woburn office.

• You’ll work across commercial audit clients for a mixture of mid sized - large businesses across a variety of industries. You have the option to specialize if your experience is heavier in one industry.
• You’ll also lead, coach and mentor staff, oversee the audit planning and process, support business development activity and work closely with partners on client planning and delivery.
