We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Audit/Assurance Manager to lead our accounting and finance team. This role involves managing audit engagements, mentoring staff, and delivering exceptional client service, especially within the Financial Institutions or Banking sector.

Responsibilities

1. Leading and managing multiple audit engagements to deliver quality services.
2. Mentoring and guiding junior staff for professional growth.
3. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
4. Overseeing audit planning, execution, risk assessment, and review of work papers.
5. Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
6. Providing insights and recommendations based on audit findings.

Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of audit/assurance experience in public accounting or relevant industry.
2. CPA certification is required.
3. Experience leading multiple audit engagements.
4. Deep knowledge of the financial (banking) sector.
5. Strong mentorship skills.
6. Excellent client service skills and relationship management.
