Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• 2 years of experience in public accounting or related field.
• CPA candidates preferred.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing across organizational levels.
• Proficient use of applicable technology.
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete all aspects of accounting, tax and audit engagements for clients, and provide status updates to engagement managers.
• Demonstrate understanding of the client's business including analysis and planning of client engagements.
• Adhere to engagement budgets and explain variances when needed.
• Review associates' accounting, tax or auditing work and provide feedback.
• May supervise associates on engagements and train staff.
• Involve in client billing processes by assisting Managers or Directors.
• Develop knowledge in specialty practice areas and leverage cross-service opportunities.
• Execute administrative duties as assigned.
