The role requires communication skills, travel as needed, and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining quality standards across engagements for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in public accounting or related field.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• CPA candidates preferred.
• Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Proficient use of applicable technology.
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of accounting, tax or audit engagements for clients.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s business, contributing to analysis and planning.
• Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete tasks within time; explain variances.
• Achieve charge hour goals and review team members’ work.
• Supervise and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, productive environment.
• Train and mentor engagement team members and support professional development.
• Assist in client billing with Managers, Directors or Managing Directors.
• Identify an industry or area of specialization and develop expertise.
• Leverage knowledge to blend cross-serve opportunities into engagements.
• Participate in practice development activities; refer potential engagements.
• Execute administrative duties as assigned.
