Candidates should have at least two years’ experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, CPA licensure or progress toward licensure, and a drive for professional growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience as an associate.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• CPA license or progress towards licensure.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise less experienced staff auditors and audits for insurance, nonprofit, and employee benefit plan clients.
• Perform, plan, and/or report for clients; research complex accounting topics as needed.
• Lead audit team at client offices, coordinating with controllers, CFOs and CEOs as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure adherence to firm policies and procedures; develop staff skills and client relationships.
