Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement team on planning and execution of audit, review, or compilation engagements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and conclusion.
• Provide supervision and support to staff, foster open communication with engagement manager and partner.
• Collaborate with managers and partners on client issue resolution and advise on legal, regulatory, and accounting issues.
• Review all scheduled and non-scheduled general ledger accounts for accurate entries.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet client deadlines.
• Create and track engagement budgets, identify inefficiencies.
• Conduct discussions on evaluations and provide counsel to team members.
• Serve in professional development programs as instructor or discussion leader.
