Job summary

Crowe LLP is seeking an Audit Senior Associate to lead engagements in Financial Services, including Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech. You will run client engagements from start to finish, supervise staff, and build strong client relationships.

You will mentor staff and interns, review work, and contribute to audit quality by researching financial statements and applying audit software. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience with Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, & Fintech clients.
• CPA license or eligibility in your aligned home state and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Running client engagements from start to finish, including planning and budgeting.
• Supervising, training, and mentoring staff and interns on audit process and engagement reviews.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and communicating findings to management.
• Researching and analyzing financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software.
• Engaging with client management to collect information and recommend improvements.
