Job summary

Crowe LLP is seeking seasoned external audit professionals to join our Audit & Assurance team. This role emphasizes leadership on engagements, client relations, and high-quality audits within a culture focused on care and integrity.

The position requires 5+ years of external audit experience, CPA licensure in the home state or reciprocal, and willingness to travel to client sites. We offer hybrid/onsite options and a strong path toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience working with Energy, Oil & Gas, Food & Commodities, Metals, Supply Chain, Cannabis, Healthcare, Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Consumer Markets, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, and Manufacturing clients.
• Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
• Ability to interact with clients, prospects, all staff levels, and colleagues professionally.
• Ability to multi-task across engagements and teams; supervise engagement teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and build positive relationships across a variety of clients.
• Lead multiple teams and provide performance feedback when engagements end.
• Anticipate and address client concerns and resolve problems as they arise.
• Promote new ideas and business solutions that extend services to existing clients.
• Encourage creativity and growth of expertise within the firm.
• Continue learning the latest developments and the firm’s standards and policies.
• Stay informed about industry developments and their impact on clients’ competitive position.
