Confidential Employer in Boston is seeking a Senior Auditor to take ownership of multiple audit engagements for commercial real estate clients. You will work directly with clients and firm leadership, supervising and mentoring staff while expanding your technical expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of audit experience within a public accounting firm.
• Commercial real estate audit experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client audit engagements with ownership of execution and deadlines.
• Develop working knowledge of client business and financial reporting.
• Build trusted client relationships and communicate progress clearly.
• Prepare/review financial statements, footnotes, and engagement workpapers.
• Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff throughout engagements.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and professional development initiatives.
