You will lead engagements with affordable housing developers, owners, investors, and housing organisations, collaborating closely with Partners and Senior Leadership while receiving strong mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• Audit experience within a CPA firm.
• CPA or actively pursuing preferred.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and take ownership of client relationships.
• Gain exposure to LIHTC, HUD and affordable housing structures.
• Work closely with Partners and Senior Leadership and mentor junior staff.
