You will guide audit teams, manage fieldwork, and communicate findings with clients, while coaching junior staff and helping maintain budgets and high-quality work.

Competenze

• 5+ years of audit experience, preferably with exposure to AEC clients.
• CPA candidate completing CPA before November 2026.
• Profound knowledge of tax regulations, financial services, and relevant tax software.

Mansioni

• Plan and design audit procedures for AEC clients, ensuring compliance with accounting and auditing standards.
• Lead audit fieldwork, including testing of financial statements, internal controls, and transactional data.
• Establish and maintain relationships with AEC clients, communicating findings and recommendations.
• Prepare audit reports highlighting material weaknesses or deficiencies and suggest actionable solutions.
• Ensure client compliance with industry-specific regulations such as revenue recognition and percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for AEC audits.
• Provide guidance, supervision, and training to junior staff and review their work.
• Monitor budgets and resources for audit engagements to ensure timely completion.
