Job summary

TD Bank's Mount Laurel location seeks an Audit Manager I to lead end-to-end audits for an assigned area and to act as Learning Administrator for the internal training program. This role blends assurance work with training logistics, including calendar management, course enrollment, attendance tracking, and CPE documentation.

Occasional travel may be required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is required.
• 5+ years of relevant audit/learning operations experience.
• Experience in learning administration or training coordination preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute audits end-to-end for assigned areas.
• Own day-to-day coordination and administration of the training program.
• Maintain training calendar, schedule courses, manage enrollment and rosters.
• Track attendance and completion, coordinate makeup requirements, and record CPE credits.
• Support instructional design and delivery, including updating materials and facilitator guides.
