UCF University Audit is seeking an Audit Investigator III to conduct complex investigations into financial fraud, misconduct, and policy violations. The role requires independent management of cases from intake to final reporting, and collaboration with university stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience in financial fraud investigations, accounting, or forensic accounting, with strong analytical and investigative writing skills. On-site work at the Orlando campus is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years of related experience.
• CFE designation within one year of hire.
• Experience in financial fraud investigations or similar fields.
• Ability to manage investigations from intake to final reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex investigations involving fraud, waste, abuse, or misconduct.
• Independently manage investigations from planning through reporting.
• Triage complaints, assess risk and determine action.
• Prepare comprehensive investigative reports and correspondence.
• Support fraud awareness and related initiatives.
