Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing assurance services in public accounting.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365; strong Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor internal associates as they complete audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Assist in the management and development of associates through the execution of assurance tasks.
• Build technical skills and in-depth knowledge of client services while working across various industries.
• Regularly collaborate with shareholders, managers, and other internal leaders.
• Client collaboration to work through assurance engagements; travel as needed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providingassurance servicesin public accounting
• A bachelor's or master's degree in accountingor equivalent
• Mustpossessthe necessary credit hours to be eligible for CPA licensure
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Experience with Microsoft 365 with a strong understanding of Excel and Word
• Ability to address requests from clients and the firm ina timely, precise, and professional manner
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective in both independent work and team collaboration
• Ability to consistentlyperform services with integrity,reliability, and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Zoom
• CCH accounting software experience, including Workflow, Engagement, and PracticeManagement
