Qualifications

3+ years of experience providing assurance services in public accounting.
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or equivalent.
Must possess the necessary credit hours to be eligible for CPA licensure.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Experience with Microsoft 365; strong Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor internal associates as they complete audits, reviews, and compilations.
Assist in the management and development of associates through the execution of assurance tasks.
Build technical skills and in-depth knowledge of client services while working across various industries.
Regularly collaborate with shareholders, managers, and other internal leaders.
Client collaboration to work through assurance engagements; travel as needed.
