Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience providing assurance services in public accounting.
• 1+ years of supervisory or mentoring experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in accounting or equivalent; CPA credit hours required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates and monitor audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Develop technical skills and knowledge across industries.
• Coordinate staffing, budgets, timelines and engagement performance.
• Advance client relationships and assurance tasks in a managerial role.
• Collaborate with shareholders, managers, and internal leaders.
• Work with controllers, CFOs, and business owners on assurance engagements.
• Pursue ongoing assurance education and training for professional development.
• Travel as needed to meet firm and client needs.
