Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with CPA exam eligibility; accounting degree preferred.
• Three (3+) years of experience in financial statement auditing within a public accounting firm.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills; initiative and adaptability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the execution of all audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
• Assess deficiencies of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Discuss results with Manager and Partner to inform business recommendations.
• Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide programs.
• Build relationships with clients and internally to support engagement success.
• Support the growth and development of team members through Baker Tilly practices.
• Promote work-life balance through team activities and collaborations.
