The ideal candidate is a CPA with 5+ years of A&A experience in public accounting, with supervisory experience and strong MS Office Suite skills, plus the ability to lead high-quality audits and deliver exceptional client service.

Formación

• CPA is required.
• Five (5)+ years of Audit & Attestation (A&A) experience in public accounting.
• Two (2)+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others and deliver exceptional client service.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead audit engagements and supervise staff to ensure high-quality financial statement audits.
• Mentor and coach staff to develop technical and professional skills.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to serve clients and grow the business; contribute to the firm’s success.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in accounting

Masters or advanced degree desired
