Jobot seeks an Audit Senior Associate in Oklahoma City to lead and supervise audit engagements for diverse clients. You will work directly with clients, manage complex engagements, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, professional setting.

Ideal candidates have CPA progression and 2+ years of public accounting, strong communication, and a client-first mindset. The role is on-site with growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license or significant progress toward licensure.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and complete audit and accounting engagements with guidance.
• Provide regular status updates to managers and firm leadership.
• Review work prepared by associate-level team members.
• Support, train, and mentor associates and other junior staff.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement efficiency and overall client service.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Apply sound accounting and auditing principles to complex projects.
• Manage multiple engagements, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Maintain accurate and thorough engagement documentation.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
