Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Active CPA license or significant progress toward CPA licensure.
• Significant progress toward the CPA examination, with at least two sections passed preferred.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete audit and accounting engagements with appropriate guidance and support.
• Provide regular status updates to managers and firm leadership.
• Review work prepared by associate-level team members.
• Support, train, and mentor associates and other junior staff.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, address questions, and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement efficiency and overall client service.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and referral sources.
