Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant audit experience.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam as defined by the state board.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed audit procedures over income statement and balance sheet accounts.
• Apply GAAP knowledge to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver exceptional client service and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Collaborate with client management to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Organize workflows, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
• Utilize technology tools and pursue process improvements.
• Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements.
• Support proposal processes by articulating firm capabilities and expertise.
• Contribute to internal learning sessions and technical publications.
• Represent the firm at campus recruiting events.
