Job summary

Florida Blue Group seeks a seasoned Audit Analytics Consultant to support internal audit planning, scoping, testing and reporting using SQL, R, Python, SAS, Posit, and Snowflake. The role emphasizes transforming data into meaningful insights to improve audit effectiveness, with hybrid work and opportunities in insurance healthcare data analysis.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of data analysis experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and the ability to lead data analysis projects and review

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science or related field.
5+ years of data analysis experience.
Ability to review data models/metadata and create queries per project requirements.
Master's degree and Insurance/Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Experience leading a team of data analysts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Data extraction and custom analysis creation using SQL, R and Python.
Strong project management skills and ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
Identify and implement new analysis and reporting solutions across the audit universe.
Use data analysis techniques to transform large datasets to identify trends and risks.
Review data flows and SQL code artifacts under management.
