Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Internal Audit professional to drive audit and advisory projects across the AMER region. You will own audit workstreams from planning through reporting, and deliver clear, risk-based workpapers.

You will review team outputs, communicate observations with actionable recommendations, and build relationships across brands and functions. This role emphasizes data analytics and the use of AI-enabled tools to increase audit value, with US, Mexico, Canada, and Latin

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in internal audit or advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business.
• CPA/CIA/CFE/CISA certifications preferred or pursued.
• Strong Excel and Power BI experience.
• Experience in public accounting, corporate accounting or finance is a plus.
• Ability to lead smaller workstreams or project teams and collaborate across functions.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive audits and advisory projects across the AMER region.
• Own audit and review activities and guide workstreams.
• Review team output and move projects from selection through planning, fieldwork, and report issuance.
• Deliver clear, well-supported risk-based workpapers.
• Communicate fact-based observations and practical recommendations through reports and presentations.
• Build relationships and understand business operations across brands, regions, and functions.
• Primarily support activities based in the US, Mexico, Canada, and Latin America.
• Explore and adopt AI-enabled tools and data-driven methods to increase internal audit value.
• Report to the Senior Manager, AMER.
