Job summary

Citi is seeking a Data Analytics Manager (C11) within Internal Audit Analytics CoE to lead analytics initiatives and automation. You will design and implement analytics across audit lifecycle, leveraging AI tools, LLMs, and advanced automation to expand audit coverage.

The role requires deep analytics competency, data engineering skills, and the ability to work with global audit stakeholders across multiple business areas. Hybrid work arrangement in global operations.

Qualifications

Masters's degree in a quantitative field.
Extensive experience in analytics, data engineering, and automation.
Strong programming and database skills.
Experience in a global, complex organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in audit analytics across the full audit lifecycle.
Define data needs and design analytics per Citi standards.
Develop and execute automated audit routines.
Own end-to-end analytics execution from data sourcing to insights.
Collaborate with audit teams across Consumer Banking, IB, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Tech.
Apply AI tools to automate data gathering and workflow steps.
Leverage LLMs and AI orchestration to design autonomous analytics pipelines.
Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI-driven audit tools within DSI-CoE.
