LeoForce is seeking a Senior Audit Associate in Jacksonville, FL, to join a locally owned CPA firm with a strong history in accounting, advisory, audit, tax, and technology consulting. You will lead audits, review internal controls, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high ethical standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in public accounting, proficiency with ProSystemfx Engagement and PPC, and experience with employee benefit plan auditing is a plus.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting and auditing.
  • Proficiency in ProSystemfx Engagement and PPC.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Experience in employee benefit plan auditing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of supervising and mentoring less experienced staff.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year


We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Audit Associate for our clients firm. This offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of complex auditing projects. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in public accounting, auditing, and engagement. Experience with ProSystemfx Engagement and PPC is a necessity. A background in employee benefit plan auditing is a significant plus but not required.
