The WNET Group is seeking a Senior Audience Engagement Specialist to lead marketing for ALL ARTS and its original content in Newark, NJ. You will work with leadership and production teams to plan, execute and optimize data-driven campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube and more to drive brand awareness and viewership.

The role demands 5+ years in digital marketing within media/arts, strong analytics, and a track record of managing ad budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in media, arts, or entertainment.
• Proven track record managing digital ad budgets across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics and platform insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimize data-driven multiplatform marketing campaigns for ALL ARTS and related programming.
• Identify target audiences, create messaging, plan and manage engagement efforts.
• Direct digital advertising strategy and budget to grow viewership and audiences.
