Job summary

Qualified candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree and have extensive experience in legal practice. You will also engage in policy advocacy, collaborate with other legal professionals, and contribute to systemic change in disability rights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience practicing law or 6+ years at DRC for internal candidates.
• Ability to lead multiple advocacy projects and work collaboratively.
• Expertise in IDEA, ADA Title II, or similar laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and participate in administrative hearings for children with disabilities.
• Represent clients in negotiations and administrative proceedings.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
